FAQ'S

  • How is the booking process?

    Lead Experience

    Complete the contact form, which highlights important details such as time, location, desired balloon decor, etc. Please allow 1-2 business days for a response


    Consultation

    Someone from our team will contact client for a brief 15 minute phone call, review contact form, finalize balloon decor details etc; afterwards an ️invoice will be emailed, a non-refundable deposit should be submitted to ensure event is secured. (1/2 of total balance)


    Onboarding

    Planning for a secured event will begin! EB will communicate with clients through email along the way.


    Fulfillment

    Balloon decorations will be delivered, installed, and broken down by EB staff

  • How can I secure my event date?

    Once the NON-REFUNDABLE retainer has been paid your event date will be confirmed. Without a retainer paid, the date will still be available for booking.

  • How much is the retainer fee?

    A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE retainer is required to confirm event date (half of the total price).

  • When is the remaining balance due?

    The remaining balance is due 7 days before event date. Events are subject to be cancelled if the remaining balance is not paid.



  • How does balloon setup and delivery work?

    Extraordinary balloons will install balloon design before the event and will return once the party is over to break down the design.
