Lead Experience

Complete the contact form, which highlights important details such as time, location, desired balloon decor, etc. Please allow 1-2 business days for a response.

Onboarding

Planning for a secured event will begin! EB will communicate with clients through email along the way.

Consultation

Someone from our team will contact client for a brief 15 minute phone call, review contact form, finalize balloon decor details etc; afterwards an ️invoice will be emailed, a non-refundable deposit should be submitted to ensure event is secured. (1/2 of total balance)

Fulfillment

Balloon decorations will be delivered, installed, and broken down by EB staff.
