About Us

I'm Leatha Marie, the proud owner of Extraordinary Balloons, a balloon decor service based in Belleville, Illinois.  As a self taught balloon designer I am passionate about trasforming vision to reality. In addition to running this business I work as full time case manager.  When I'm not busy creating balloon master pieces you can find me indulging in my love for travel, enjoying a good movie marathon, or cherishing quality time with my loved ones.

 For a while, I kept my talents under wraps. It took hitting a plateau for me to finally immerse myself in honing and expanding my business. I am continuously practicing and researching and educating myself to deliver top-quality balloon decor for each and every client .
