Please note: A rush fee of $25 or more may be added to your final invoice for full installations if booked within 14 days of your event. Full payment is required at the time of booking to ensure we can quickly secure all necessary materials to bring your vision to life.

Onboarding

Planning for a secured event will begin! EB will communicate with clients through email along the way.

Consultation

Someone from our team will contact client for a brief 15 minute phone call, review contact form, finalize balloon decor details etc; afterwards an ️invoice will be emailed, a non-refundable deposit should be submitted to ensure event is secured. (1/2 of total balance)

Fulfillment

Balloon decorations will be delivered, installed, and broken down by EB staff.
