The Client hereby grants the Company a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute any images and videos created or provided under this Agreement for promotional, marketing, and portfolio purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, usage on social media platforms, websites, advertising materials, print media, and educational purposes. The Company may use these materials in any manner it deems appropriate, without further consent from the Client. The Client acknowledges that this usage does not create any ownership rights in the materials, which remain the property of the Company
